Jim Selph: Jim is an Extension Agent in DeSoto County. He is the County Extension Director as well as the Livestock and Forages Agent for the County. Jim has been in this position for over 27 years. His focus areas include livestock and pasture management, youth livestock programs, melon and turf production, and wildlife management, with an emphasis on Bobwhite Quail. Adam received his MSc in Conservation Biology from the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology at the University of Kent, UK and his BA in Environmental Sciences from the University of Virginia. Adam has 8 years experience in agricultural and conservation extension, agroforestry, protected areas outreach and management, bushmeat hunting, and social research in Central and East Africa.
