All WEC graduate students are eligible for a copy account. Copy account
holders can make low cost copies in Newins-Ziegler Hall.
Copy prices offered are substantially lower than those offered by the
library and are currently 7 cents per copy. The base copy cost is set
by the School of Forest Resources and Conservation (SFRC). The WGSA
copy charges are $0.02 per copy greater than the base copy cost. Membership
will be notified prior to price change.There is a nonrefudable $1 charge
per semester from each WEC student holding an active copy machine account.
Such fees will be used to cover the cost of printing bills, mailing
refunds at the close of accounts, and to maintain a financial buffer
to cover costs in the case of delinquent payments. Students will be
required to maintain a minimum working balance of $10.00 in their account
and to submit payments upon request of the WGSA Treasurer. All accounts
must be closed prior to graduation.
