SPEAKER COMMITTEE:
Current Members:
Jason Hall (Chair)Composition: WGSA Vice-president (Chair) along with volunteer representatives from the WEC graduate student body.
Responsibilities: Invite WGSA-sponsored speakers and organize the associated meetings and social events.
TRAVEL AND AWARDS COMMITTEE:
Current Members:
Melissa Moyer (Chair)Composition: WGSA Treasurer (Chair) and volunteer representatives from the WEC graduate student body.
Responsibilities: Quarterly review of travel award applications and awarding travel money based upon criteria previously established by WGSA and WEC. Yearly late Spring solicitation and review of applications for WGSA Awards of Excellence.

Gregg KlowdenComposition: WGSA President (Chair) and volunteer representatives from the WEC graduate student body.
Responsibilities: Maintenance and improvement of WEC graduate student and WGSA web pages.
GREENING WEC COMMITTEE:

Responsibilities: Save the department from itself.

Offices are available in Bldg 810 across street from Newins-Ziegler
8 carrels are available in Newins-Ziegler 303

Responsibilities: Assign space, maintain waiting list, monitor use, coordinate upkeep and repairs to offices and equipment
