About Us

The University of Florida Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society is affiliated with (The Wildlife Society, Inc.), the (Wildlife Society Southeastern Section), and the (Wildlife Society Florida Chapter), which are part of the network for the professional society for wildlife biologists. We are also an affiliate organization of the Florida Wildlife Federation.

Our meetings are held at 5:15 pm, every other Monday, throughout the school year. We meet in 112 Newins-Ziegler Hall.  TWS activities are diverse and provide excellent opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students of every major. We have no dues, and no requirements other than a love for wildlife and the outdoors. We'd love to meet you!
